People come and go, selling themselves to a thousand different devils this season. A show that’s always been about abjection, it now seems almost entirely directed at the abject. “Nip/Tuck” demands the complicity of your self-loathing to really be enjoyed now. (Suffice it to say that there has been at least one gastrointestinal accident in a hot tub.) No one is left unmolested physically, psychically, spiritually. The show has become bleaker as it has become more grotesquely farcical. “Nip/Tuck” seems no longer to be about the misery guaranteed by striving for ideals of physical perfection it is about the cruelty and ugliness guaranteed simply by waking up. (As if to drive the point home, the namesake of Matt and Kimber’s barely surviving new baby is the sex film star Jenna Jameson.) It feels less and less like a moralizing satire on the ruthlessness of vanity and more and more like a joyless exploration of desperate sex hatched in a windowless building of a strip mall in the San Fernando Valley.

The series needed reigniting, and it got some from the location shift: Los Angeles allows “Nip/Tuck” to indulge the full courage of its sleaziness.

Now it’s backfired on him and he’s been shot, the truth will come out but what will Christian do. We all know Matt is the ultimate fuck up ever but now he’s resorted to robbing places. Matt’s storyline with the mime at first was stupid but it’s developed into something good.
The youtube video of her smashing up the pumpkin was great. She scared the shit out of me, I wouldn’t want to try and handle those things, they were bigger than my head. Only on Nip/Tuck could you get a story like this. Now I have to mention the tit terrorist named Jenny Jugs who assaulted Christian with her gigantic boobs. Do you think Teddy is dead? I think it’s highly unlikely, she will survive and the blame for the murder attempt on the McNamara’s will probably fall on that guy. Well she tries to set up an alibi but that alibi turns out to be a psycho who attacks Teddy. I can’t figure out why she would want to kill Sean as well, she wouldn’t get any money doing that. Teddy’s plan to kill the McNamara’s goes into plan but fails.
First I want to discuss the Teddy story within this episode. I apologise for the lateness of this review but my what a strange episode which I will mention later.
